Dick's Sporting Goods Inc announced it will host a live webcast of its Annual Shareholders Meeting. The meeting will be held at the Hyatt Regency Airport hotel in Pittsburgh, PA on June 6th at 1:30 pm Eastern Time, and will be chaired by Edward W. Stack, Chairman and CEO.

For those who cannot listen to the live broadcast, the webcast will be archived on the Company's web site for approximately six months.
