Comparable store sales decreased 25.0% for the four weeks ended June 2, 2007; this decrease compares to a 9.1% decrease in comparable store sales for the four weeks ended May 27, 2006. Year-to-date comparable store sales decreased 21.5% compared to a decrease of 10.5% for the same period last year.

Michael Searles, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, commented, "Despite an increase in dollars per transaction of 18.8% for the month, we continued to struggle from a traffic perspective during the month of May."

"Reduced year-over-year transaction volume was a key factor in our comparable store sales results. As such, we remain focused on implementing strategies that will help to increase traffic during the third and fourth quarters of 2007."
