Brown Shoe Company Inc announced that it will hold a conference call to discuss its second quarter financial results on Wednesday, August 29, at 8:00 a.m. Central time/9:00 a.m. Eastern time.
The question-and-answer session of the call will be limited to institutional analysts and investors, but retail brokers, individual investors, and other interested parties are invited to attend.
The Company plans to issue its quarterly results press release before the market opens that day.
Brown Shoe Company Inc is a $2.5 billion footwear company with global operations. Brown Shoe's Retail division operates Famous Footwear, the 1,000-store chain that sells brand name shoes for the family, and approximately 300 specialty retail stores in the U.S. and Canada under the Naturalizer, FX LaSalle, and Franco Sarto names, and Shoes the Company's e-commerce subsidiary.
