Most recently, Tom was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Burlington Coat Factory. Prior to that, he held several leadership positions at Limited Brands in the Bath & Body Works division, where he was ultimately named Co-leader and Chief Operating Officer of this $2.5 billion division.
He began his career at PepsiCo Inc where he spent 16 years moving through several financial and operating positions of increasing responsibility in major divisions including Pepsi-Cola Company, PepsiCo Foods International, Frito-Lay North America and Tropicana.
