Shoes and leather accessories maker Tod's S.p.A. is Italian company listed on the Milan Stock Exchange and holding of the luxury goods group of the same name operating in luxury shoes, leather goods and apparel. The story begins in the early 1900 when Diego Della Valle's grandfather, Filippo founded a small shoe factory.
