LCF have collaborated with Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH) to explore fashion with young patients.

The project, entitled ‘iFashion’, saw young people creating moodboards, designing jewellery and learning more about fashion magazines, fanzines, archiving and literature.

The LCF team, working under the college’s widening participation agenda, included key LCF researchers as well as alumna Amy Bluett, MA Fashion Curation, and current student Natasha Slee, BA (Hons) Fashion Journalism.

Focusing on research design and development for fashion journalism, the young patients explored the wider ideas of fashion and identity and what fashion means to them.
