LCF alumna, Jennifer Morris, MA Fashion Design Technology: Womenswear 2011, has been announced ‘Young Designer of the Year’ at the Scottish Fashion Awards 2013.

Jennifer received the award at the glittering Scottish Fashion Award ceremony on October 9 at Dover House, attended by industry guests and presented by MTV’s Laura Whitmore.

The judging panel was made up of esteemed industry figures including model Stella Tenant, photographer Rankin, Vogue editor Dolly Jones, and CEO of the British Fashion Council Caroline Rush.

Jennifer uses bold colours, texture and custom prints to create original garments of high quality craftsmanship. Her personal style, in part developed using the technology at LCF’s Lime Grove studios, involves embroidery, beading, dyeing, and digital and screen printing to create a luxury quality of finish.
