The student must be registered and confirmed no later than 30 days prior to their scheduled arrival in order to use this additional service. However, please note that the housing leasing agreement is between the student and the landlord.
We do not take payments for the housing nor do we take responsibility for any personal problems or disputes that may arise between the student and the landlord. In addition, upon your arrival, transportation from the airport can be scheduled if so desired.
The lodgings are in Prato, in apartments with others students. The apartment costs range between 400-500 Euro monthly depending on location and whether one has a double or single bedroom. Students will share the kitchen, bathroom, and other common rooms with roommates. PRATO is situated in the center of the fashion and textile sector.
