Government of Bihar is gearing up to welcome National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) in Patna after accepting the Centre's proposal to establish a branch here.
State has allocated 10 acres of land at Mithapur agricultural farm for this venture and expressed keen interest in commencing the construction as soon as possible.
The Chief Minister Nitish Kumar also received a request to grant atleast a fund of Rs29 crores for this project.
