In present competitive world where students are striving to attain success by opting for interesting courses, the tie up between UK based and Pakistani Institutes has brought new ray of hope among the students of the nation.

The Memorandums of Understandings (MoUs), were signed under the British Council's Skills for Employability project. Bradford College and Government Polytechnic institute for Women, Karachi, will start a new course in Textile and Fashion. Other courses that will be launched focus on Hospitality, Tourism, Construction and Engineering.

The textile and fashion industry of the nation still has lot of potential and the professional training will further boost the domestic sector.

The aim behind this overseas collaboration is to establish industry driven courses that will help the sectors get skilled and trained professionals, who are in high demand. The students can now learn new courses that are at par with the international level, which in future would provide them with better job opportunities.

Authorities believe that, this inking of MoUs will go a long way and will improve the level of education in Pakistan as the nation has to prove itself when it comes to attracting foreign students.
