Lucie & Luke Meier new creative directors at Jil Sander

Husband-wife duo Lucie and Luke Meier have been appointed as the creative directors at Jil Sander. Luke has previously worked as a head designer at Supreme for over 8 years and later started OAMC, his menswear line. Lucie has worked at multiple large fashion houses such as Louis Vuitton and Balenciaga. She also co-designed collections at Dior.

"We feel proud and honoured to join this beautiful brand. To be able to work on this side by side makes this opportunity even more special to us. We hope to show the affection we have for this brand through our work, as Jil Sander has had such a profound influence on our paths," the Meier duo said in a joint release.

The Meiers' appointments are effective immediately. They have replaced Rodolfo Paglialunga, who left Jil Sanders last month.

Luke will continue to design collections for OAMC while working at Jil Sander. (KD)
