LVMH has announced the launch of its multi-brand e-commerce website called 24 Sevres in collaboration with Le Bon Marche, a French department store. The website will be launched in early June and offer products of over 150 luxury brands such as Christian Dior and Louis Vuitton. It will stock women's fashion, beauty products and accessories.

24 Sevres will initially be available in 70 countries and will subsequently expand to 5 more countries. A few million euros have been invested by LVMH in this new venture.

The name 24 Sevres has been taken from the Paris address of Le Bon Marche – 24 rue de Sevres. The new shopping portal can be expected to have standout customer service along with features like click-and-collect for Paris, express delivery in 75 countries and guidance from fashion experts based in Paris via web chat, in English and French.

LVMH will also collaborate with artists and innovators to give a cultural twist to fashion by sharing innovative content on its platform, according to media reports. (KD)
