Leading watch maker Movado Group Inc announced that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.05 per share on Movado Group common stock.
The dividend is payable January 31, 2006 to shareholders of record at the close of business on January 19, 2006.
Movado Group Inc designs, manufactures, and distributes Movado, Ebel, Concord, ESQ, Coach, Tommy Hilfiger, Hugo Boss and Juicy Couture watches worldwide, and operates Movado boutiques and company stores in the United States.
