Shoemaker Wellco announces resignation of CEO Lutz

Prior to joining Wellco, Webb served in various capacities with United Guaranty Corporation.
Wellco further disclosed that, in an unrelated development, Executive Vice President Chris Castleberry had tendered his resignation on February 14, 2006, effective March 10, to pursue an opportunity with an engineering design firm in Knoxville, Tennessee.
Wellco Enterprises Inc began operations in Waynesville North Carolina, Ro-Search Inc a subsidiary, develops shoe manufacturing processes and licenses its technology to other manufactures world-wide.
