Iconix & Titan JV to design Badgley brand footwear

Commenting on the partnership, Neil Cole, CEO of Iconix stated, "Titan is a leader in the industry and they are a Company that I am confident can build a large and very successful footwear business. Footwear is an essential part of any luxury brand and this license represents an important platform for us to expand the brand."
Joe Ouaknine, CEO of Titan, stated, "Badgley Mischka is a designer brand with a tremendous amount of momentum and potential. In looking at this brand we see a multi-faceted opportunity to create luxurious and glamorous Couture footwear, a special collection of Bridal footwear and in a year or two, a more accessible bridge priced collection of shoes that can go to a much broader audience."
Brand licensor Iconix Brand Group Inc is in the business of licensing and marketing a growing portfolio of trademarks including CANDIE'S, BONGO, BADGLEY MISCHKA, JOE BOXER and RAMPAGE on a variety of apparel and fashion products.
