Sanghavi Exports & Gitanjali Gems form JV

Gitanjali Gems and Sanghavi Exports have signed a joint venture and will become 50-50 partner in Spectrum Jewelry.
Sangini brands of diamond will be manufactured and marketed by the partners.
Spectrum jewelry had purchased Diamond Trading Company (DTC) the sale and marketing division of De Beers, in January 2006.
This joint venture will change the past trends of retail as it contains vast opportunities in branded jewelry sector, said Choksi and Sanghavi.
