ABIT announces that, June is the high-season month for fairs and events in Brazil. This is when country's fashion and the textile and apparel industry introduce the tendencies for spring and summer. It is also when the best business opportunities for national and foreign companies can be found.

ABIT, the Brazilian Textile and Apparel Industry Association, has a program (Business Meeting) that brings international agents and buyers to get to know the Brazilian textile and apparel chain. Its objective is to promote contact between Brazilian companies and the international market, thus creating new business opportunities.

Each fair and its exhibitors have a specific profile. An ABIT committee recognizes the international agent or buyer's focus at these events in order to match the fairs that best fit each customer's demands.

This Business meeting action is carried out through the Texbrasil program to stimulate the exportation of textile products, with the support of APEX-Brasil (trade and Investment Promotion Agency, with ties to the Brazilian government).
