New York denim jeans manufacturer, Tarrant Apparel Group, is filing suit against the beautifully slim singer, Jessica Simpson on grounds of breach of contract.

Tarrant sources explained that Jessica had inked a three-year contract to wear and promote it JS by Jessica Simpson and Princy collection, but just did not keep the word.

Company claims that the glamorous diva was disrespectful to their low-priced product by mentioning the $350 True Religion brand and never once acknowledged the $60 Princy label to the media.

Tarrant says it has paid $2.2 million in licensing fees and is still liable for $6 million in additional guaranteed payments.
