Ready-to-wear designing firm IT Holding S.p.A. informs that Malo S.p.A.'s Board of Directors (BOD) co-opted Giacomo Santucci as its new Chairman.
Giacomo Santucci, 49 years old, currently the partner with responsibility for the luxury goods sector in Value Partners, joins the IT Holding Group following an outstanding career with some of the most prestigious brands in the sector.
Amongst the most significant positions he has held are the position of Chairman and Managing Director of Gucci, held from 2001 to 2006 and the position of General Manager in Prada, held from 1994 to 2000.
His appointment confirms the Group's strategy to develop and enhance the value of Malo, worldwide leader in the production of high-quality cashmere garments.
Fashion company IT Holding S.p.A. controls a group of companies that design, produce and distribute high-quality products (ready-to-wear and accessories, eyewear and perfumes) under owned brands - Ferré, Malo, Extè - as well as under license agreements - D&G, Versus, Versace Jeans Couture, Just Cavalli, C'N'C Costume National.
Rubber and rubber/metal products distributor Malò also distributes oil seals, hydraulic brakes and clutch parts, brake hoses, flexible cable and belts.
