What: Byron "Bud" Bergren, President and CEO of The Bon-Ton Stores Inc will preside over the closing bell to celebrate its 15 year anniversary on the NASDAQ and to celebrate acquiring the 142-store Northern Department Store Group from Saks Incorporated in 2006, doubling its store count and more than doubling its revenues.
The Bon-Ton Stores Inc operates 272 department stores and seven furniture galleries in 23 states in the Northeast, Midwest and Great Plains under the Bon-Ton, Bergner's, Boston Store, Carson Pirie Scott, Elder-Beerman, Herberger's and Younkers nameplates.
