Rainbow Denim to announce FY '06 financial results

Denim manufacturer Rainbow Denim Ltd has informed BSE that the company will be publishing the audited results for the year ended March 31st 2006 within three months from the close of the financial year. Hence the unaudited financial results for the last quarter will not be submitted.
Rainbow Denim Limited aims to strengthen India's present position of third largest producer of denim in the world by becoming a leading player in the industry, both in India and overseas.
