Gander Mountain partners with Divers Direct for scuba & snokel equipment

Gander Mountain Company,the nation's largest retail network of stores for hunting, fishing, camping, marine and outdoor lifestyle products and services, announced a partnership with Divers Direct, one of the largest specialty retailers of SCUBA and snorkeling equipment in the nation.
Gander Mountain will initially introduce these products and services in four stores -- Middletown, N.Y.; Spring, Tex.; Lakeville, Minn.; and Lake Mary, Florida which will open in the fall of 2006.
Divers Direct will support Gander Mountain by recommending and supplying products and services, training Gander Mountain associates, collaborating on signage and fixturing, and developing relationships with local dive instructors.

"Last year, we had great success as we expanded our assortment of marine and watersports products to include snorkeling equipment.
