The Board of Directors of athletic footwear maker Nike Inc has declared a quarterly cash dividend of thirty-one cents ($0.31) per share on the company's outstanding Class A and Class B Common Stock payable July 3rd 2006, to Nike Inc's shareholders of record at the close of business June 12th 2006.
