Fashion group Mariella Burani Fashion Group SpA and Antichi Pellettieri SpA announced that on May 18th 2006 Consob has authorized the publication of the Italian prospectus for the IPO of Antichi Pellettieri SpA.
The indicative price range has been fixed between €7.15 and €8.50 per share, corresponding to an equity value ranging from €300 and €360 million.
The Mariella Burani's principal activities are the design, production and distribution of luxury ladieswears, knitwear and leather accessories such as handbags and shoes. It sells its products under its own trademark, Mariella Burani and under license for international fashion companies such as Calvin Klein and Vivienne Westwood.
