Lacoste of France has accused Xiushui of illegal use of Crocodile trademark on its T-shirts.

Since 2005, Xiushui has been selling T-shirts with Crocodile trademark from its several shops; though Lacoste had written a formal letter lodging their complaint in January this year requesting the company to rescind, Xiushui did not respond.

Locaste has sought compensation worth RMB10,000,000 from Xiushui, it is learnt.

Xiushui has been accused of infringing upon Lacoste's patent and trademark.
