Prior to joining LOFT in March 2005, Ms. Noce oversaw the Company's Factory Division, and before that she was responsible for the successful launch of the company's online business, www.anntaylor.com. She joined the Company in 1996 as Merchandise Vice President of separates, petites and dresses in the Ann Taylor division, and, prior to that, spent eight years with Lerner and 10 years with Petrie Stores.
The Company also announced that Brian Lynch has been named Executive Vice President of Ann Taylor Factory Stores and Elaine Boltz has been appointed Executive Vice President-Chief Marketing Officer.
Ms. Krill added, "Brian and Elaine are both strong leaders with proven track records, and both have played important roles in revitalizing our performance over the past year. We look forward to further leveraging their talent and experience through these expanded responsibilities."
Mr. Lynch will now have full oversight of the Ann Taylor Factory division with responsibility for merchandising, stores and visual. He previously served as Senior Vice President of Ann Taylor Stores and Ann Taylor Factory.
Mr. Lynch joined the Company in May 2004, bringing more than 20 years of experience in stores and retail operations with organizations such as Gap Inc. and The Walt Disney Company.
Ms. Boltz will assume responsibility for all marketing operations, including creative and the Internet business, in addition to retaining oversight of corporate strategy. As Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Brand Development, Ms. Boltz has been instrumental in working with Ms. Krill to refocus the Company's brand strategy, including its iconic branding work at both Ann Taylor and LOFT.
