In a bid to expand its retail realm, watch and jewellery maker Titan Industries Ltd plans to inject more finance this year, said Bhaskar Bhat, Managing Director.
Under its expansion policy, company will spend around Rs280 million this year to widen its retail operations, he added.
Titan wants to increase number of Tanishq stores to 100 from the current 83 stores in 61 cities; however, the company is not looking for any new place, instead it would focus on same city expansion.
Spread of diamond jewellery range is also in the pipeline this year, Bhat said.
