Tiffany & Co, the internationally renowned jeweler, announced plans to open a new store next summer in Hamburg, Germany's second largest city.

The approximately 2400 square-foot (230 square meters) store will be located at Neuer Wall 19, in an exclusive area of the city's waterfront Binnenalster.

The jeweler will offer an array of renowned Tiffany & Co collections, including its celebrated engagement diamonds and jewels of ultimate glamour in platinum and eighteen-karat gold settings; rare and lustrous pearls; fashion jewelry and watches; the signature designs of Elsa Peretti, Paloma Picasso, Jean Schlumberger, and Tiffany's newest designer, Frank Gehry; as well as accessories, china and crystal gifts.

"We are quite pleased to be opening a store in the elegant port city of Hamburg," said Cesare Settepassi, Vice President, Tiffany & Co Europe. "Our unique designs, exquisite quality and highly rated customer service will be quite at home in this stylish, cosmopolitan city."

Hamburg marks the third Tiffany & Co store in Germany. The luxury retailer also has stores in Frankfurt and Munich.

Tiffany & Co operates jewelry and specialty retail stores and manufactures products through its subsidiary corporations. Its principal subsidiary is Tiffany and Company. It operates Tiffany & Co retail stores and boutiques in the Americas, Asia-Pacific and Europe and engages in direct selling through Internet, catalog and business gift operations.
