Vietnam Leather and Shoes Association (Lefaso) has organized 'Shoes & Leather Viet Nam 2006' international exhibition opened yesterday, June 27, at HIECC in Ho Chi Minh city (HCMC).
The event lasting till June 29, has attracted more than 100 enterprises from 14 countries and territories including China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Germany, Italy, Korea and Iran alongwith many domestic firms.
Primary focus of this 8th edition is introduction of new designs for leather shoes and accessories and advanced technologies and equipments that will boost trade in international fashion market during 2007 – 2008 period.
Besides, Vietnamese organizers also aim to rope international suppliers of footwear material and equipments, urging them to develop trade relations with domestic enterprises.
Lefaso has planned this event in collaboration with Vietnam Leather Shoes Company, Top Repute (Hong Kong) and Mecadimex Company.
