Emily Todd and Hannah Petty started Emilyhannah, a Somerset-based welly retailer, in August 2004. They design and distribute the wellington boots and manage the retail website themselves. The market for the exclusive boots largely comprises online consumers in the UK and increasingly those based in America and Europe.
