- Extension of the maternity leave in two more weeks in case of birth, adoption or fosterage of disabled children. Both the mother and the father are entitled to exercise this right.
- Possibility to keep the maternity leave even if the new born should die.
- Chance of reducing the working day between one eight and half-day, in order to take care of children under eight years or disabled people.
- Opportunity of enjoying the two-years leave in different periods in order to take care of family members who can not look after themselves because of their age, accidents, illness or disability.
