Wasn't that a sports brand?

When talking about sports brand, one would think of Nike, Adidas, Puma, and some Reebok. When talking about fashion brands one might name brands like Louis Vuitton, Chanel, or maybe even a local retailer that they regularly go to.

This thereby shows the obvious that when one wants to buy sneakers, they will go to a Nike Store, Adidas Shop and in the US, most likely the Foot Locker and when you want to buy high heels, you go to Nine West, the department store and/or a favorite local shop that also sell classy shoes. But now the line between sports brands and fashion brands is so fine that consumers cannot tell the difference.

There was once an enormous boom with sneakers in Japan from 1996 to 2000. The trend started, indisputably, by Nike's Air Mac 95. People collected premier sneakers and Japan cannot forget how magazines had sneakers on their covers instead of models. With the boom everyone came to know Nike.

Japan's love for soccer helped Adidas' name get around, and the notorious 3 striped track suits were a popular item during the second hand clothes boom. During these days though, these brands were famous as a sports brand.
