Fall/Winter collection shines at Lojas Renner Q2

• Capital Expenditures in Fixed Assets in 2Q06 amounted to R$ 32.8 million. Principal investments were allocated to the rollout of new stores (R$ 22.5 million) and remodeling of installations (R$ 4.8 million), besides the modernization of systems and IT equipment (R$ 3.9 million).

• The Renner Card accounted for 72.8% of sales in 2Q06 against 74.4% in the same period in 2005. The Average Ticket for purchases using the Renner Card jumped from R$ 99.94 in 2Q05 to R$ 108.01 in 2Q06.

• On June 30 2006, the Company commemorated its first year as a Corporation with a listing on Bovespa's Novo Mercado.

The second quarter was one more period of consistent growth at Lojas Renner. The Company recorded an increase of 28.1% in Net Sales and 20.6% in Same Store Sales compared with 2Q05.
