Avon promotes Claudia Poccia as President, effective November 1

Claudia's nearly 20 years of beauty industry experience, her deep understanding of what motivates young women, her passion for building powerful brands, and her ability to manage an entrepreneurial enterprise within a large corporation will enable Avon to continue its course of reaching new customer segments.
"We're also excited that Claudia is returning home to Avon, where she was director of field marketing from 1992 to 1994," Ms. Jung added.
Prior to that, Ms. Poccia held positions at Giorgio Beverly Hills and L'Oreal.
