Leading fashion group HUGO BOSS AG's Managing Board is announcing that Baldessarini GmbH & Co KG and Baldessarini Design und Verwaltungs-GmbH, both of which are based in Munich, were sold to Mr. Werner Baldessarini effective September 1, 2006.
This will not affect the BALDESSARINI fragrance operations, which will remain with the Group.
BALDESSARINI is a designer brand which has its own, consistent signature. Luxury is combined with a passion for fashion. BALDESSARINI does not dress up men but has a sustained effect; often consciously only at second glance.
