CPM – COLLECTION PREMIERE MOSCOW enhances its position as the leading fashion fair in Eastern Europe.

“The run on our stand was incomparable. We took orders all the time, often even having to ask customers to come back later due to overcrowding on the stand."

This was the experience of Simone Herrmann, Export Manager at LERROS, and also the overwhelming majority of exhibitors at the 7th CPM – COLLECTION PREMIERE MOSCOW that drew to a close last Saturday.

Crowded aisles, packed exhibitions stands, filled order books and a marked increase in attendance plus all the other relevant key performance indicators: CPM, the trade fair organised by the IGEDO COMPANY (part of the Messe Düsseldorf Group) set new standards further consolidating its position as the sector's foremost fashion fair in Eastern Europe.

For specialist retail focused brands and such international top labels as Brax, Cinque, Daniel Hechter, Lagerfeld, Olymp, Otto Kern, René Lezard and the Steilmann Group, CPM is one of the set fixtures in the orders calendar.

And even companies like Ahlers, Bertolo Cashmere, Breuer, the Claire Group, Crea, Volpi and Zapa leverage CPM – COLLECTION PREMIERE MOSCOW to address buyer target groups from
throughout the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS). The continued economic upswing and the backlog in consumer demand are attracting fashion labels, foreign ones in particular, to the Russian market.

“Over three quarters of the buyers polled take their most important ordering decisions for the coming season at CPM,” said Hartmann. “Though we also know that one in five Russian visitors to CPM already obtained information and placed orders at the IGEDO FASHION FAIRS in Düsseldorf in July. At CPM they complete their orders. This means CPD and CPM are now complementing each other here more and more,“ he added.
