Fashion retailer Pull & Bear joins Zara & Massimo Dutti

The three formats have now stores in Singapore where Pull and Bear has just launched its first two outlets.Massimo Dutti launches its first store in Indonesia.
Inditex has upwards of fifty stores in the area, having launched twenty outlets in six Asian countries in 2006.
Pull and Bear has just launched in Singapore its first two stores in the Asia-Pacific area, thus joining Zara and Massimo Dutti as regards the expansion in the area.
The first grand opening took place in the Ngee Ann shopping area, on Orchad Road, Singapore's main street, while the second store has been launched at Vivo City Shopping Centre. Meanwhile, Massimo Dutti opened in Jakarta its first store in Indonesia, a country where Zara has opened an aggregate number of six stores since August 2005. Massimo Dutti begins operating in Indonesia with a store located in Senayan City.
With these grand openings, the Inditex Group has reached the aggregate number of 53 stores in the seven markets of the Asia-Pacific area where it currently operates (Japan, China, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and the Philippines).
Of said figure, twenty stores have been launched during the present year, in line with the goal of the Group to increase its retail surface in the Asia-Pacific area at a twofold rate than the average growing pace worldwide, expected at between 15 and 20% in 2006.
Pull and Bear and Massimo Dutti, with 449 and 387 stores respectively, are the most internationalized Inditex's formats, after Zara. Pull and Bear is present in 25 countries, while Massimo Dutti has entered 28 markets.
Inditex Group is one of the worlds largest fashion distributors, with eight sales formats - Zara, Pull and Bear, Massimo Dutti, Bershka, Stradivarius, Oysho, Zara Home y Kiddy's Class - boasting 2,696 stores in 62 countries.
