Rajesh Exports forms JV with American lifestyle brand

Rajesh Exports is entering into a joint venture called 'Fossil India Inc' with American lifestyle product company Fossil Inc, with both companies holding 50 percent share. This venture will deal into production, distribution and retail of jewellery, watches and lifestyle accessories.
Vasant Nangia has been selected as MD in this venture. Company will fulfill local jewellery retailing requirement and Fossil's global requirements for the joint venture. High margin of products will cause the venture to enhance company's profitability.
Rajesh Exports will benefit from Fossil Inc's global marketing strategies and it can make use of Fossil's experience in developing world brands. Its retail outlets will be showcasing international brands supplied exclusively by the US firm.
