Wills Lifestyle takes the celebration of fashion from ramp to racks with the introduction of special line of designer wear in Wills Lifestyle stores across the country.
The line is created by leading designers of the country – Monisha Jaising, Rohit Gandhi – Rahul Khanna and Manish Malhotra, exclusively for Wills Lifestyle.
Says Atul Chand, Vice President (Marketing), ITC's Lifestyle Retailing, “Through the Wills Lifestyle India Fashion Week line, we are taking the celebration of fashion to our consumers as well as addressing their need for special occasion wear. Making designer wear accessible to our consumers is a significant milestone in the Indian fashion industry.”
The collection by Rohit Gandhi – Rahul Khanna offers an array of evening wear in the choicest of fine fabrics such as velvet, satin, quilts, bandhini and batik on silk cotton. The men's range includes shirts, trousers and jackets in cotton, velvet and quilts.
Monisha Jaising's collection consists of elaborately sequined dresses in brown and ochre, flouncy and hip hugging dresses in yellow and orange and some rather interesting combinations like long kurtas and free-flowing trousers form a part of collection.
The line by Manish Malhotra is marked by sharp silhouettes with an added element of special prints blend seamlessly in soft expanse fabric such as chiffons, nets, jerseys, satins and silks.
The collection effectively evokes the inner sensuality of the wearer in sinful colors of cherry reds, light pinks and creams that mould themselves gracefully into long dresses, tunics, shirts and skirts.
