Rajesh Exports to launch 24K Retail & Bangalore Infra

Rajesh Exports Limited issued a statement informing that with a view to managing and expanding retail and commencing infrastructure development, it has launched two 100 percent subsidiaries called 24K Retail and Bangalore Infra.
It has decided to promote retail growth exclusively through 24K Retail under Shubh Jewellers, Laabh Jewellers and Oyzterbay brands.
Rajesh Mehta, Chairman, Rajesh Exports, cited reason for company assigning all retailing functions to 24K Retail to be that it was concentrating on management and expansion of retail. He added that company has introduced 24 new Laabh showrooms nationwide.
He further stated that 30 Laabh, 100 Shubh and 50 Oyzterbay outlets have been planned under the first expansion phase. A group of professionals having good retailing and brand building experience has been chosen for running 24K Retail.
Bangalore Infra is being established to utilize company's capital of past 15 years for infrastructure. Firm has invested a part of its additional capital in property at Bangalore.
