Under Armour Inc announced a multi-year partnership with the Baseball Factory, a leader in player development for top high-school baseball athletes across the country.

Under Armour, the Baltimore-based performance innovator, will outfit the nation's top high school baseball athletes from head-to-toe and serve as the title sponsor for nationally-recognized tournaments and teams such as the Under Armour All-America Baseball Tournament, National Tryout Tour, Cape Cod High School Classic and National Tournament Teams.

“The best high school-level baseball talent will now be playing in the best performance apparel and footwear available," said Under Armour's VP of Brand Marketing Steve Battista. "We share with the Baseball Factory a dedication to authentic on-field performance, and we're excited to see what this talented pool of athletes can accomplish in their athletic career.”

This multi-year partnership, which follows on the heels of the company's recent Senior Bowl sponsorship announcement, represents Under Armour's mission to provide the best technical performance apparel and gear to elite athletes on playing fields everywhere.

These athletes will be among the first to wear Under Armour's new baseball cleats, which represent the company's next line of footwear to be included in the successful CLICK CLACK campaign that was used to launch football cleats in June 2006. Under Armour's baseball cleats will be sold nationwide in spring 2007.
