As the lingerie fashion has reached its summit in the west, the oriental world is also intrigued by it and has embraced this trend with open arms.

The Asian and the Chinese region have witnessed an average growth of 15 percent in lingerie business on an annual basis. In 2004 the Chinese market turnover reached two billion euros.

This trend has encouraged the companies like Eurovet, the France-based leading lingerie trade show organizer, to arrange a body fashion show in Shanghai in October this year.

The fashion show has attracted more than 4,000 visitors from all around the world.

This kind of cheering response has motivated Eurovet to launch two body fashion shows in China next year, with one in Hong Kong in April and another in Shanghai in October.

The Hong Kong Lingerie show will be an international platform to target manufacturers, retailer, distributors and investors from all over the world. The show will focus on the winter collections. The Shanghai one will reveal the summer collections.
