Final report of Fashion Fairs STYL and KABO for Aug

Within the INTERNATIONAL FASHION SHOW spectators could admire six collections (E.Daniely, Studio ZK and Petr Kaloud from the Czech Republic, Devender Singh Kharb from India, Agustin Torralbo from Spain and Andrea Kvasnicová from Slovakia – holder of the title Top Styl Designer from February 2006.
The Wednesday fashion shoe evening STYL KABO NIGHT presented collections by seven exhibitors – Steilmann, Makyta (+ Josef Taptuch), Monnalisa, H&D, Pleas, Šulc, OP Prostejov and Jablonex (+ Vladimíra Bebcáková).
In the eleventh Top Model Competition for the best exhibit of the KABO Show three main awards for design, quality and innovation were granted. They were presented to the firms Wendel CZ, Jirí Šnobl and Fare.
Visitor survey The proportion of foreign visitors amounted to 13.5 percent within the first two days. At the ticket offices visitors from 31 countries were registered, foreign ones came in particular from Slovakia, Poland, Austria, Hungary and Germany.
Visitors were mostly interested in information on fashion trends (45.3 %) followed by business contacts (16.5 %), purchases (12.4 %) and business discussions (11.8 %). The proportion of professionals totalled 70.3 % within the first two days.
Journalists At the Press Center altogether 237 media representatives were registered during the shows, among them 32 from abroad. Foreign journalists came from seven countries, i.e. Italy, Hungary, Germany, Poland, Austria, Slovakia and the USA.
The 29th International Fashion Fairs STYL and KABO will be staged during 13th to 15th February, 2007 jointly with the premiere of the Show COSMETICS and the presentation of the technical textiles cluster CLUTEX.
The 30th International STYL and KABO Shows will be held 21. -23. 8. 2007.
