Jean Paul Gaultier presented his creations on Monday at the Autumn-Winter menswear collection with a flavour of 70's style.
Models sashayed wearing silk cashmere driving coats and glistening russet ponyskin jackets that coordinated with their coiffures like bouffants, mullets and the kind of muttonchop sideburns.
The colour gamut ran from caramel, cinnamon and chestnut to mahogany, plum, inky black and henna red.
Gaultier tried to create a picture effect with trousers in chocolate leather and black velvet worn with cowboy boot up to knee level. Sparkling lurex leggings worn under pleated kilts gave a touch of glamour to the menwear.
Models ambled in outfits like sturdy navy wool peacoat with a tailored black silk dinner suit merged with gold military tassel belt created a desirable look.
For this collection of mens wear designer Joe Casely-Hayford has used nanotechnology to create a waterproof coating on traditional pinstripe suits.
