C&A opens four new fashion stores in Shanghai

C&A entered domestic market for the first time as it announced launch of four stores in Shanghai this spring.

But the company has not revealed the exact day for opening of stores as minor works are still pending.

New shops will be located in Grand Gateway, Super Brand Mall, DaNing-LifeHub and Shanghai Wanda Shopping Mall.

Company will be the first to open four international fashion stores in Shanghai's high-traffic shopping location.

By the end of current year, company will have more than 1,400 stores in 20 countries in US, Europe and China.

According to company sources, its tactic and supply chain's management system to enter Chinese market and rule: 'C&A (China) Supplier Action Rule' will be suitable for all C&A (China) clothing suppliers.

It is an important step of C&A long-term development tactics to enter Chinese market.
