The loafer is one of the main models of the collection, alongside the ankle boots and lace-ups. The trend for the coming season is market by a new elongated shape, slightly rounded at the toes softens the line, alternated by more pointed styles featuring fringes, belt details, perforations and handmade leather plaits.
The new casual version of the tubular form, with or without tassels, also makes an appearance. The visible stitching is curled round the whole length of the shoe to emphasise the softness of the leather. The ultra-flat sandals are either flip-flops or have thin straps closed by side buckles, these are alternated with slippers closed by criss-crossed leather or natural raffia and off-white cotton straps.
The colour palette also reflects the various stages of the journey, from the neutral and delicate shades of the desert sand, such as cord, amber, natural white and dune to fuller, spicy colours such as tobacco, chestnut and toffee, through to the intensity of navy blue and cherry.
In this way the philosophy to exist and not to appear is reconfirmed, the classic and elegant style of the world of Sergio Rossi Men, in which elegance is almost softly whispered, as modern luxury, the union of serenity and passion, is being at ease just like the leading character of this new journey.
The Sergio Rossi brand was created in San Mauro Pascoli, in the Romagna region of Italy, when Sergio Rossi himself inherited from his father the tools and the traditions of a great artisan.
