Flawless Diamond India has announced a meeting of Board of Directors, to be held on April 02, 2007 to consider preferential allotment of shares to Bennett Coleman & Co.
Company plans to open one more outlet at L.T. Marg, Borivali (W).
Opening of this outlet by Flawless Diamond will be a landmark step for towards creating exclusive designer jewellery retail outlets.
This retail outlet is part of an ongoing marketing strategy for its retail venture to increase visibility of `AUM Jewellery` brand.
'Aum Jewellery' has created a brand image in market and new designer jewellery series is slated to be launched in Company`s own retail outlets.
Flawless Diamond has also entered into agreements with retail outlets in other major cities for appointing of franchises.
