Other winners included: Kids' Footwear Retailer of the Year - One Small Step One Giant Leap; Mens' Footwear Retailer of the Year - Oliver Sweeney; Sales Assistant of the Year - Angela Shier of Arnotts, Dublin; Womens' Footwear Retailers of the Year, New Look; Young Fashion Footwear Retailer of the Year – Bullfrogs.
There was double success for the London College of Fashion with both student design awards going to their pupils. Fashion Student Accessories Designer of the Year winner went to Laura Queening and Student Footwear Designer of the Year was awarded to Sarah-Jane Hedges.
The Footwear Industry Lifetime Achievement Award was well deserved by Catherine Paver founder of Pavers. With 36 years in the footwear retailing, Catherine has built a hugely successful, family business that now has more than 50 stores in the UK and Republic of Ireland. Her vision has created a truly multi-channel retailer with its products founds on TV shopping channels as well as its Shoe-shop.com website.
