Pearl Global Ltd has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 22, 2007, inter alia, to consider, approve & take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2007, & to recommend dividend, if any.
Pearl Global limited is among the pioneers of ready to wear apparel industry in India. The Company has six fully integrated manufacturing plants in Gurgaon, capable of producing value added garments in woven & knitted fabrics.
The total factory area in North India covers more than 310,000 sq ft of space and provides an efficient and spacious layout. The installed capacity on a single shift basis stands at ten million pc. per annum.
