Revenue for the first quarter of fiscal 2007 was $9.8 million, equivalent to 22.8% of the annual revenue earned in fiscal 2006. Revenue for the quarter was up 14.5% from the first quarter of fiscal 2006.
The Company's progress in its strategy to migrate its product offering more towards higher-end clothing commanding higher unit selling prices contributed to the revenue growth for the quarter. The revenue growth was also attributable to increased production output from subcontractors, which resulted in a higher number of pieces being shipped during the quarter compared to the first quarter of fiscal 2006.
